My world – exhibition

In July and August CEPELIA Foundation organizes the exhibitions of works created by the participants of the UNIKAT occupational therapy workshop from Katowice. The exhibition “My world” is shown in the “Na Piętrze” Gallery in Warsaw from 8th of July until 15th of August.

Each of the authors whose works are shown at the exhibition is different and creates mostly under the influence of their own imagination and own perception of the world. They create mainly for themselves and their creations are part of their lives, telling us something new and interesting about the authors, world and ourselves.

During the fifties CEPELIA cooperative “Brąz Dekoracyjny” restored the monument of Fryderyk Chopin that was destroyed during the World War II. The monument, placed in the Royal Baths in Warsaw, was designed in the beginning of the XXth century by Wacław Szymanowski. New, reconstructed monument was unveiled in 1958.
